As we discover new designers in different locations, we have established relationships with each shop and vendor to ship directly to you. So it very well could be that one outfit is being shipped by one of our design partners in California, while another from a relationship we have with a wholesale vendor in another part of the world.
If for some reason you have not received your items after 30 days, please email us and let us know so we can help. Our store email is: email@example.com. You can also just hit REPLY to your order confirmation email.
1) Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
2) You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
3) Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
4) Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. We can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
Order Successful: After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
Processing: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. Most orders can be shipped out within 48 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability. If you ever have an issue with your order or have a question about your delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team!
Tax And Duties: Kindly note that all packages are shipped from Our Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country's Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER ORDER DATE?
Do allow up to 5-8 weeks for delivery for circumstances beyond our control such as custom holds, natural disasters, country regulations, etc.
The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country.
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as Earthquake, floods or typhoons.
Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
IF I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL IT BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER?
Depending on the products that I ordered and where the item is currently being manufactured and stored, different items may be sent from different places. We do this to ensure faster and more efficient delivery times for you.
Please DO NOT panic if you've order 3 items and only 2 has been delivered, the other one is on the way!
